The alcohol camping stoves are very simple, they have very little moving parts, no jets or orifices to clog and clean. Alcohol is a renewable resource and is a non-petroleum based product. If you have a spill in your backpack, it will evaporate quickly, leaving no tell-tale odor. It’s the perfect “green” fuel.
Write down all the details of your “perfect day”. Where you wake up, who is beside you, the smells, the sights, the sounds, what you have for breakfast, when and where you work, what you wear, what you drive.take your time and write down all of it. Run though it in your mind a few times until you know it feels good and you can’t think about it without a smile on your face.
Parenting also happens to be THE most rewarding job you will ever have. When you’re having a bad day, there’s nothing in this world like a hug from your child. There is no artwork more unique, than one that has been hand drawn, just for you, by your little one. Being a parent rocks.
Using color coded bags is a great method of organization. Most backpack ers use an internal frame backpacking stove because it is easier to handle. However, these types of packs usually just have one large storage area, rather than multiple compartments. As a result, it is much easier to “lose” something in your pack and become unorganized. One way around this is by color coding your bags. If you group things that belong together and place them in a specific colored bag, you will know what you are looking for when you open your pack.

Keep your promises – Never make a promise unless you know you can keep it. If it proves impossible, apologize and explain why the promise can’t be kept. When you make promises you can’t keep, everything from that point on becomes suspect. It’s hard on a child when they can’t trust their parents.
If you happen to be going out of the country it is a good idea that you have some sort of adapter and converter for the different voltage that you will experience in different countries. A lot of appliances like hair dryers, your camera charger, computers and phones have different voltages but some may not and you will need a converter.
